The central risalit is closed by a large triangular gable, with a richly decorated baroque episcopal coat of arms. The baroque coat of arms of József Milassin, the second bishop of Székesfehérvár. On both sides of the roof of the gable there is a lying female figure carved out of stone, leaning on an elbow. The edge of the roof is decorated with a stone wall with putts and urns. The main façade is adorned with six pairs of Corinthian-walled wall pillars accented by overlaid rosettes and garlands. Above the two corners of the palace sits a stone puppet attic, with a group of putties between vases. The building is closed by a decorative mansard roof.

On October 13, 1938, the Diocesan Museum of Székesfehérvár opened its doors to the public in the former seminary building, Petőfi Street. At the initiative of Bishop Lajos Shvoy, the two priests of the diocese, István Kuthy and Béla Fehér, managed to collect and present the impressive collection of the museum as a result of several years of persistent efforts. In the first diocesan museum in the country, in addition to the stepfather of St. Stephen, valuable artefacts from the cathedral treasury and parishes awaited the visitors.

According to a legend, King St. Stephen had a chapel built on this site, which he and his son, Prince Imre, often and gladly visited. Bishop St. Gellert also visited here. II. In the time of King Geza, the Crusaders took over the care of the chapel and continued it until Turkish times.
